Kentrosaurus is a small-sized ceratopsian dinosaur that lived approximately 75 million years ago during the Late Cretaceous period in what is now Mongolia. This dinosaur belongs to the Ceratopsidae family and is considered a bipedal, herbivorous dinosaur, classified as a member of the theropod group.
